Refund Policy
Due to our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, our return policy is 30 days.
Once 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange or a refund. You are considered eligible for a return, only if your item is: in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Firstly, please check your bank account. After that please contact your credit card company, as it takes time before your refund is credited back to you. Then, please check with your bank, they might have more information regarding the refund.
Lastly, please contact us at Care@AHundredGlasses.com, if you have completed all steps mentioned above and you still do not have your refund.
Only items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged. Please contact us at Care@AHundredGlasses.com if you would like to exchange your handcrafted glass for the same model.
If you are unsatisfied with your product due to a shipping error, missing an item, or your item arrived damaged, please contact us at Care@AHundredGlasses.com . We may request an image of the item you received, along with the packaging and invoice. Once we receive the information, we will send a replacement glass free of charge or refund your full purchase price including shipping costs.
