If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Due to our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, our return policy is 30 days.

Once 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange or a refund. You are considered eligible for a return, only if your item is: in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it in. 


When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is considered approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Times for receiving the refund may vary, depending on the payment you have selected. Depending on the condition of the returned products, restocking fees may also apply.

Only items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged. Please contact us at if you would like to exchange your handcrafted glass for the same model.


If you are unsatisfied with your product due to a shipping error, missing an item, or your item arrived damaged, please contact us at . We may request an image of the item you received, along with the packaging and invoice. Once we receive the information, we will send a replacement glass free of charge or refund your full purchase price including shipping costs.
